If you are like me lately you know that there just aren't enough hours in the day to get everything done that you want to. That's why I am always glad when I find something simple that can get done quickly! This card is one of those simple, quick things.
I started with a layer of Pool Party. I cut a strip of real red card stock to 5 1/2 x 3 and then punched it with the Lace Ribbon Border Punch. Cut a strip of basic black cardstock to 5 1/2 x 1/2 and a whisper white piece to 5 1/2 x 3. Stamped an image and a sentiment. Colored just a few things and VOILA! Simple and complete.

I really like this layout! And, I like any card using pool party! It really is my favorite color in the catty!! I have been finding new meals for the crock pot this week...does that count as simplifying? ;-)
